At first they answered my emails where I had some questions regarding the quality, delivery and features of the watch, etc

BUT, when I bought and paid for the watch the amount of US $ 1,300 simply disappeared, not answered my emails and multiple phone calls (always answered by an answering machine)

I sent them several emails asking them refund my money and if they do not reimbursed my money I publish my story in all possible web posts for another innocent NO they were scammed by them. I posted (I will publish post). Suddenly I began receiving threatening emails asking them remove all my post and THEN they refund my money. Obviously I told them that this was not the correct order should pay first and then I would publicly post they had refunded my money. This is a ridiculous and funny situation, alleged scammers again by proposals intended to defraud money back beyond logic, common sense out the person they believe are idiots ??

I told them to send me the watch bought and paid for testing and demonstration of good faith and to show that they can and have the watches they offer and they told me the canceled order. If they had simply offer watches that they would send me and so the matter would be closed thus demonstrating honesty, decency and dignity.

In the above facts and after some research, it is necessary to add that they say they are a company with offices in, New York and London, but it is curious, strange and suspicious emails that they responded did so in Stockholm, Sweden. The charge to my credit card was made from Garborone, Botswana, Africa to a company called: LEGAL ATTORNEY SERVICE SWISS GRADE ONE.

By the way, they have responded in some web that is the competition that has published these post to discredit them. Please !! still believe that the world is full of ignorant

I ordered my watch on November 5, 2014 and waited a month however it never arived.Upon posting a review on pissedconsumer.com one of the manager's called me.

He gave a favourable impression over the phone. I recall his name was David. After this conversation I decided to give them a second chance as David had assured me over the phone that I would have the watch delivered before Christmas. Sadly this never happened.

The watch only arrived two weeks after Christmas. When I finally received the watch I was happy because I anticipated the watch to be good and authentic however after only using it for one hour I started to notice that one of the pins of the watch was slighly out and loose. Then the next day when I tried to set the time, suddenly the crown and stem were both damaged and I curiously noticed that the crown had a blue mark exactly as the replicas I had seen sold on websites advertising fake goods. When I was asked to return the watch to China I asked myself if this watch was ENGINEERED IN SWITZERLAND ?

Why should I then be asked to return the watch to China? This did not make sense to me. Upon reviewing sites on the Web I realised that cheaper replicas are sold with the same wrap and blue mark on the Crown. It then struck me that I had been scammed and I realised the producers of these fake watches set up a great looking websites purely to scam people off their money.

Supprise surprised its you posting hate again..

For any one interested here is the true account of our dealings with Jose Alberto Fernàndez Testa.

1.Jose ordered with us on the 21 December.

2.

Jose's card was declined as he had supplied an incorrect billing address.

3. Jose correct details finally were given to us and our merchants approved his credit card payment on the 23rd December.

4. On the 24th December his watch was then assembled and checked over to be made ready for shipping. 5.

On the 26th December he emailed us a weird and extremely abusive email saying he hadn't been contacted ( on Christmas Day, which we were close for ) in this email he also instructed us to cancel his order and refund his money, this email also ended with a barrage of more abuse and threats from him. 6. We responded to him via email on the 27th and confirmed we had canceled his order as to his request and that we required him to fill in a form for his money to be charged back to his credit card by our merchants. 7.

Since then we have received more insulting emails from him and on the 28th December he started posting all the above and a lot of BS about us all over the Internet. TO CONCLUDE: We of course have no issues refunding his or anyone's money, as he has been told categorically since we were notified of his wish to cancel. This in fact is also guaranteed by our merchant providers and Visa card themselves. As with any...

Therefore it is simply impossible to be scammed by us, so I have no idea what this guy's problem is apart from being a very highly strung individual.
